Product quantity select field with respective discounts

I have a question: my client is selling typefaces on the website that I am developing with the WP eCommerce plugin. A requirement has just come up that wasn’t in the initial brief and I would like to know if it is at all possible; here’s the query:

Firstly, when displaying the product quantity field, is it possible to show a select field with various options (in this case, “licenses per computer”, e.g. 1, 2-5, 6-10, 11-20, 21-50 etc.)?

Lastly, if it is possible to show a select field, can the price then be discounted according to the option that was selected? For instance, selecting “2-5” would be £300, whereas selecting 11-20 would be £900.
