    Transitioning from WPMU’s empire of mediocrity, I was looking for a basic events engine to replace Events+. I’m stunned by TEC’s core comprehensiveness and extensibility. Out of the box, everything just works!* And it looks adequate! Plus, at $65, it’s without a doubt the cheapest ticketing engine I’ve seen in the WPiverse.

    *When I installed, I kept Events+ running to copy event data. Events+ wanted to redirect TEC’s links to its own events. Easy fix: rebuild Permalinks and flush my browser cache. Any solution that straightforward nets you 4 stars in my workday, out of the gate.

    Man, this was an awesome review to read! It’s been 3 weeks since you posted it, Adam, but that shouldn’t detract from the impact it had: we all got a big kick out of reading this, and a collective wave of pride swept over the team on doing so.
