Excellent for moving WP sites

I’ve used Duplicator to take backups but the time it’s really been invaluable is for moving sites from localhost or a dev environment to live.

It’s incredibly simple to take a copy of the whole site and, when reinstalling in a new location, Duplicator takes all the hassle out of re-writing URLs so there are no pesky links back to the old version.
