DG has stopped generating thumbnails

    In my settings, Thumbnail Generation is set to:

    Use Google Drive Viewer to generate thumbnails for MS Office files and many other file types remotely.

    Hi brekhusr,

    Let’s do a quick test to see what’s happening.

    1. Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Document Gallery Settings -> Thumbnail Management and delete the associated broken thumbnails for both documents.
    2. Go to the advanced tab and enable logging.
    3. Navigate to the page where thumbnails are failing.
    4. Go back to DG Settings and look for any Warnings or Errors in the Logging tab.
