    Hello Magda,
    Sorry for the late response. The plugin checks for the user capability upload_files. By default, the minimum user role needed to do this is Author. If you with to add this capability to a lesser role you can follow the documentation here to increase the capabilities of that role. http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_cap
