For which device are you seeing this?

    Thanks Jeff for reaching out.

    Soo…
    Desktop works perfect
    Ipad works perfect

    Iphone 4+:
Error message of (Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in ‘some/directory/path’ -> class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 347

I have got another error from client that is about an LG G2, it responds ‘Failed to open selected file’.

Ok thanks. Based on your findings the error happens in the file, class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php, which is a part of WP core and not included with USP.

Also, USP Pro works on iPhone 4+, as demonstrated in the following (zipped) video:

    hmm ok.
Would the pro mitigate those issues if its something happening in the core?

Not sure, but I would recommend troubleshooting other plugins and the theme to try and locate the source of any conflict. For example, caching plugins are known to wreak havoc on certain POST related functionality, depending on the setup.

    Jeff,
Ok i was able to mitigate my issues with the 30 second error by modifying my ini file to allow more time to process.

However, still having issues with the USP plugin though.
