Shipping Rate/Method Won't Update

After updating from Jigoshop 1.15.1 to 1.15.4 the Calculate Shipping method is broken in Chrome browser. There are no special shipping plugins in use on the site.

I have two shipping methods “£10 flat rate” and “free local pickup” now when you go into the cart the calculate shipping dropdown is open (usually it’s closed and you’d have to click to open it) and the £10 flat rate is selected by default. The calculate shipping won’t update after you click the radio button to change the shipping method to free local pickup. The same with checkout – you have the dropdown showing to methods but the totals won’t change regardless of what method you select.

As far as I have tested this only happens in Chrome. It’s fine in firefox.
