Problem with Greek

    How the problem looks like?
    WordPress does not want to upload files with such symbol?
    Does this problems happens on all servers?

    As can understand – the symbol is not the letter – it is just adding dot above the letter.
    Why not just using special letters with dots?
    Or this symbol is necessary for the language?
