    It seems that your Jetpack settings were still set to an older site URL. I updated your Jetpack settings, and things should work now.

    Dear Jeremy,

    Many thanks for taking a look at this. I now get the following message and error:

    “Something which should never happen, happened. Sorry about that. If you try again, maybe it will work.

    Error code: -32300″

    Ideas on what to do next?

    Many thanks for your help.

    Cheers,

    Tim

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

    Jeremy,

    Thanks for pointing me to the debug page. It was an issue with the XMLRPC file.

    The fix was to add this to the .htaccess file:

    <IfModule security2_module>
    SecRuleRemoveById 114
    </IfModule>

    Thanks again for your help.

    Cheers,

    Tim
