Thank you for your interest! I’m sure you saw that you can sign up for notifications when it is ready.

For the time being, we are gathering more about potential customers’ requirements, and building an initial free version, hopefully to be released within 2-3 weeks.

    Regards,

    Dan

    Dan,

Thanks for your quick response. I already signed up for the notifications, but was so excited that I left a message anyway.
    Can’t wait to test it.

We have released a first version of a new PDF Embedder:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/pdf-embedder/

It would be great if you can try it out. It embeds PDFs in a different way to any of the other plugins available, giving us more control over the way it works going forward.

There is currently no functionality that attempts to hide the link to your original PDF, which can still be downloaded – however, users would need to know how to look at the page source as there is no ‘print’ or ‘save’ button like some other viewers.

The plan is still to gauge demand and requirements, and hopefully produce an (inexpensive) premium version that takes extra steps to obscure the original PDF location.

Thanks for all your interest, and please let me know any thoughts!

    Dan
