sorry, if you want useful help, you need to provide useful information on how to recreate the issue. The plugin works fine with Woo Commerce as demonstrated on the link above.
Here are some questions to think about adding before posting again:
Versions
Which versions are you using of:
WordPress
WooCommerce
T(-) Countdown
Troubleshooting
What have you done to troubleshoot the issue so far:
What happens when you deactivate all other plugins?
What happens when you use a standard Twenty-something Theme?
Do you have any JS errors in the Console?
Which version of jQuery is being loaded?
Is it the only version of jQeery that is being loaded, or are multiple versions being loaded by poorly designed themes/plugins?
Anyone have luck with this? I’m now experiencing this. No other plugins on the page using jQuery.
Here’s a link.

The error message:
TypeError: $(…).countDown is not a function
jQuery v 1.11.2
WP v 4.2.2

what happens when you place the js inline, and not in the footer?
Baden-Thanks for the quick response. That seems to work as the timer is counting now. However the error message still appears because of the code in the footer.
Any ideas?

there should be no code in the footer, as you are telling the plugin to load the code directly after the countdown. Can you see if this problem continues when you switch to a standard WP theme?
