I recently changed web hosts and now my rss2.php does not work.

Look at what is says:
http://www.kgeiger.net/wp-rss2.php

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

It’s the use of the text entity ″ — try instead the numeric character reference: ″

I’d suggest a few more fixes, as well:

I had qoutes in my title and that made it not function correctly. How odd is that.
