Looking for Content Filter plugin

I did a search and was unsuccessful. Can anyone give me any suggestions for a plugin that will do content filtering? The example of how I need it to work is on http://www.summitmedicalgroup.com/doctors/. On this site, you can click on one of the services on the right hand side and the amount of doctors will change on the grid format.
