Upon activation, I got this error:
The plugin generated 247 characters of unexpected output during activation.

Upon saving the settings, I got this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function woocommerce_product_loop_start() in /home/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-shortcodes.php on line 182

This plugin clearly has some problems. I hope the author can fix them.

The activation output is not significant, you don’t have to worry about that.

As for the other error, I’m not quite sure which plugin has a problem here, Relevanssi or WooCommerce, as the problem only occurs when both are installed. In order to make Relevanssi and WooCommerce play nice together, you need to disable shortcode expansion in Relevanssi settings, then you should be fine.
