    Hey Sheri!

Are you trying to set the amount of testimonials that are displayed, or are you just trying to count the total number of testimonials that exist in the system?

    Best,

Preferably just the testimonials that are displayed, but I’ll take whatever you can give me.

    Thanks!

    Hey Sheri!

The most recent version of the plugin, 1.21, includes functionality that supports similar features to what you are asking about, here.

Grab the latest update and check out the Outputting a Count of your Testimonials instructions.

If that doesn’t do it for you, dive into this rabbit hole:
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_count_posts

If you want to filter by Category, you’ll have to start doing more research and will need to build this using WP_Query.

    All the best,
    Richard
