Search – More Options

When someone performs a search using the “More Options”, there is no indication that the search was filtered. If a new search is made, it is quite easy to forget that something had been selected under More Options since the window closes.

Is there a way to keep this window open as long as there is something selected?

Is there an option to clear all of the search selections after the search completes?

Maybe it would be easier to keep the search options and window open until a “Clear Search” button was chosen.

It would also be nice to have a label to show what was searched, like when a box is selected it has it in a label.
ie: For Sale – House – 3+ bedrooms – 2+ Bath – Swimming Pool – Fireplace
