I don’t want to do it in the theme, it has to ve added to the start of what the user has typed in, seen as IT can’t figure out the answer to the question I asked yesterday.
Doubt I’ll get a reply but any help would be appreciated.

For example if somebody types
Hi! This is a comment!
it is published as
Text- Hi! This is a comment!
