The effect is attractive, but for the robot google, the content does not exist, does not detect it, because it is hidden or similar until you make the scroll (I saw it in google webmaster tools in “explorer as google” section. And I think this can affect SEO.

Edit: That animations have just opacity. So humans can’t see without scrolldown. But google bots can see the all page code.
