    Is the plugin still active?

What changes have you made recently that may have affected it?

I would like to help you figure this out but I will need more info. Please send me any information that may help me help you get to the bottom of this.

Thanks Eli, the only change I can think of is that the WordPress site has been updated to 4.1
The plug-in appears to still be working as the homepage is showing the content of the SQL queries and the queries I have on pages such as http://www.dukestreet.org.uk/mealtotals/week-2-class-2/ are all working OK

I just don’t have a menu item for SQL reports that I can go into and change or add new reports.

    Thanks

Ah, sussed it, sorry, there was another plug-in a colleague had installed and as soon as I deactivated it, the SQL menu came back on.
    Problem solved, thanks
