Combining fields in overview table

    Previously, I used V3.6.2 to display a table of entries.

    With the upgrade to V3.7.1, the Name and Address columns are shown empty.
    After studying the documentation, I tried to fix the display. This worked only partly.
    It looks like the Directory interface overview for a form displays the list of form fields and I can drag a number of address fields to the left to select them to be visible in the table.
    Unfortunately, I cannot find the combination of all address fields to show them in a single column.

    How can I mimic the behaviour of V3.6.2 using this drag and drop interface now available with V3.7.1?
