Plugin Name and version: Easy Sign Up 3.2
Plugin is installed at: http://www.aginginplaceaustin.com (capitalcityvillage.org)
The plug in works fine, but FirstName/LastName overwritten over each other appear in the top right corner of each web page.

Hi there capitalcityvillage,
The Easy Sign Up forms styles are being overridden by your theme’s style sheet. ( starting at line 1643 )
http://aginginplaceaustin.com/wp-content/themes/advocate/style.css?ver=4.1

Here is the fix that will work with your theme:

Add the following CSS to your website’s style sheet.
```
.esu-hide {
display: none;
}
```
If you don’t have access to your style sheet have a look at a plugin called JetPack
http://jetpack.me/support/custom-css/

JetPack is free and has been created by the folks behind WordPress.com

Another CSS plugin I have used and can recommend is Global CSS by Joddit
