Here’s what happened. After the new update of Revive Old Post(ROP) , I made sure to check the settings (3 tweets every 4 hours, 2 days old posts). I wanted to see if the update is working well, so I “stopped sharing” and clicked on “Start sharing). ROP tried to upload ALL the old posts to twitter. That crashed our site. After it came back on, I was able to log into wordpress and check the settings of ROP again, and I noticed it said that the next tweet will be in 7043 weeks, 2 days, 12 hours and 3 sec.
We uninstalled it.
It was a great plug in. We hope it will be fixed one of these days. Good luck.
I am also having this same issue. Only I am able to log into the back end of my website myself without calling my host. When I try to visit my site after updating to the newest version it says “Maintenance. Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.” It’s been 10 minutes. Uninstalling until they fix it!

I am really sorry to hear that, all our tests went just fine. What was the previous version used before updating ?
Can we get a system info file by email at : friends@themeisle.com. It will help us a lot since we can’t replicate the issue.
The same problem with all my webs. I was using the last version (6.8.8),and after updating to 6.8.9, ROP sends all posts to Twitter at the same time.
My configuration was 1 tweet every hour, 0 days old posts.
When I start to share, says that the next tweet will be send in 2349 weeks 1 day 12 hr 52 m 13 s. and sends a tweet per second…
I reset the plugin, desactive the plugin… the same problem. Any idea?
