    At the moment reason most probably is “Minify JS” functionality in W3 Total Cache, and/or line break removing there. I will try to make it compatible with W3 Total Cache Minify JS functionality, but I don’t know how much it takes. Till that time you might try “Minify->JS” disabling from w3 total cache settings.

    Thank you so much for your response, Eero. You are probably right. I don’t want to turn off minify because it helps my site load faster, which is important. If it’s feasible for you, I would love to install an update that allows this plugin to work with W3 Total Cache!

    Hi

    I made some modifications in plugin so that should be usable with minification tools now. Please download/upgrade to version 2.1.1 and see, does it work.

    Hi, thank you for your help! Now the plugin is working great once I’m logged in, but I still don’t see it if I’m not logged in. I’ve cleared my W3 cache and my cloudflare cache for my home page. Do you have any other ideas? I got the plugin to look just the way I want it to and would love for it to start working.

    If you see only when logged in then please check do you have “Admin only” checkbox ticked in scroll triggered box administration screen.

    Oops, yes, I did! Dumb mistake. I just unchecked and saved the page. I’m still not seeing the box show up when I’m logged out but I will give it some time and see if it shows eventually.

    May happen that cache tools does not recognize automatically that scroll triggered box has been changed, and so it shows old and cached picture. It might take into account only if page itself has been changed (comments, metadata added). In this case after the cache expiration time it should start to work, or after cache is purged manually.

    Also there’s a setting (in W3 Total Cache) that if you are logged in then cache is not used at all, so also this creates some difference when viewing as administrator or as regular user.

    I just checked your site and see that in cache there is still old version of plugin scripts used (javascript from version 2.1, not from 2.1.1 as it should be after plugin upgrade).

    Thank you for looking. I deactivated the plugin for a few days and then reactivated it. However, I’m still only seeing the scroll box appear when I’m logged in. I don’t know how to tell which version is in place, but I do see that other recent changes are showing up in my <head> section as they should. Do you have any other ideas for me? I’d love to get this feature working.

    I see the following in my source code, when I’m not logged in:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    1
    var $DGD={"ajaxurl":"http:\/\/cookieandkate.com\/wp-admin\/admin-ajax.php","nonce":"273e218157","debug":"","permalink":"http:\/\/cookieandkate.com\/2015\/simple-beet-arugula-and-feta-salad-with-hilarys-balsamic-thyme-dressing\/","title":"Simple Beet, Arugula and Feta Salad with Hilary's Balsamic Thyme Dressing","thumbnail":"http:\/\/cookieandkate.com\/images\/2015\/01\/raw-beet-arugula-feta-balsamic-salad-1.jpg","scripthost":"http:\/\/cookieandkate.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/dreamgrow-scroll-triggered-box\/","scrollboxes":[{"trigger":{"action":"scroll","scroll":"50","delaytime":"0","element":""},"vpos":"bottom","hpos":"right","cookieLifetime":"-1","hide_mobile":"1","receiver_email":"0","thankyou":"","submit_auto_close":"0","delay_auto_close":"40","theme":"none","widget_enabled":"1","height":"auto","width":"300","jsCss":{"padding":"0","margin":"16","backgroundColor":"#f9f9f9","boxShadow":"0px","borderColor":"#ffffff","borderWidth":"0px","borderRadius":"0px","backgroundImageUrl":""},"closeImageUrl":"","transition":{"from":"b","effect":"fade","speed":"400"},"social":{"facebook":"","twitter":"","google":"","pinterest":"","stumbleupon":"","linkedin":""},"id":"dgd_scrollbox-15106","voff":0,"hoff":0}]};
    </script>

    Hi,

    I reinstalled this plugin, cleared my cache (W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare) and I’m still not seeing the popup when I’m not logged into the backend. I had my friend check on her computer, too. I’d really love to get this to work. What can I do?

    Thank you,
    Kate

    I take that back! It’s finally there. Thank you. 🙂
