I write a blog with wordpress default online editor, When I insert a link ,the default target is “none”, I want the default target=”_blank”,What should I do?

This might help ?:
Open ALL links in a new window.
* Put this inside the <head> section:
* <base target=”_blank” />

Hi. I’d like to use this as well. However, I can’t figure out where to put <target=”_self”> for links in my sidebar (recent comments), categories, etc., as I’d like those to open in the same window.
