Modify Widget: add category and thumbnail

    Dear developers,

    I have the free version of the plugin, and it works great, but for the sidebar of my website I already have a format for the widgets. I need to add a thumbnail and the event category next to the title of the event. Something like “Music / Lolapalooza 2015” and remove the ending of the event, just leave the start time. What should I modify? Are there more options for the widget in the works?
