Conflict with Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin

I’m having an issue with TML that conflicts with Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin (AWPCP). Activating TML blocks users from accessing editing features of AWPCP. Any thoughts. Thanks, sledmass.com. http://sledmass.com/classifieds/
