Scanning Support for Plugins and Themes purchased…

Hi

I have bought several themes and plugins that are not in the WP repository… Because they are for purchase on theme forest…

Is there a way to tell word fence to scan these files and save a cache of them? So basically I upload a update of a theme and then tell wordpress to scan it… Because its fresh it should have no problems and then wordpress has an accurate scan to go off of when it is scanning the site down the line?
