Award Points to the post author when a user favorites his post

    With WP Favorite Posts the user gets points when adding a post to favorites. that is great, but it’s incomplete. It would be great that the author to receive too, rewarding quality content.
    How to award Points to the post author when a user (other than the post author) favorites his post?

    Hey.

    You are correct, we should be able to add points to the content author as well. I will add this in to 1.6.

    HI.
    My multiauthor blog allows for users post your stories:http://predajsvojpribeh.sk/
    Sell Content add-on allows me to sell posts for points, which I set up in admin. Will be possible in version 1.6 to add this points automatically to author?

    @mineo – You can go to the myCRED > Settings page and under “Sell Content” select to pay the post author. You will see a setting called “Payout” where you can select to just charge points or share a percentage with the author. Select to share a percentage and set the amount to payout. Save and you are done.
