2.2 Broke My Japanese – All non-English text is garbled

    WordPress 2.2 “Getz” has “Gotz” me into an annoying situation.

    After the install all of my Japanese text is garbled junk. All of my character encoding settings are set to utf8, but that doesn’t do anything. I’m going out of my mind trying to fix this!
