Nav Bar Links Not Setting. Getting 404 error.

    When I add a page and then click the tab I get a 404 error. It does this from all links including the tab and the “view this page/post” buttons in the dashboard. It seems like it’s not writing the link. I assume this is a permissions problem but I don’t know what to change. I messed with the htaccess but that didn’t work.
