Comments show wrong date

I noticed that the comments to my posts are showing up only with the date of the original post. If someone replies months later, the comment still only displays the date of the original post.

However, in the dashboard the comments have correct dates and times.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I assume it’s a problem with the theme, but I’m not sure.
