• I thought everything was working based on previous testing but I happened to try it out again and found something strange. I have a button on each page and a click event set with the proper ID. However, just a visit to the page now triggers the event based on what I’ve been seeing in Real-Time inside my Google Analytics account.

Previously it seemed to work very well but now even a quick visit is triggering this event. I’ve done this in my iPhone using several different pages. What can I do to fix this? Thank you.

    Yuval,

It seems that the problem was the result of recent minification of scripts. I don’t think the script for your plugin can be minified. Is this correct?

It seems this problem has returned. What would cause an event to be triggered without a click? I have click events set up which are triggering as soon as a page is visited!

After some testing.. when I trigger an event it works fine but if I visit another page, Analytics shows another event on the subsequent page even without an actual event occurring. I’d gladly upgrade if I could get some support for this problem.

I opened a ticket but haven’t heard anything back. All my events are triggered normally but a visit to another page (following page) shows up as another event trigger even when nothing is done on the new page. It sure would be great to find out why.

I think it could be that there is another js file which can’t be minified. I excluded ga-scroll-events.js from minification but maybe the plugin uses another javascript file. Anyone know?
