Don't get prompt to pay online

    I decided to check in other browsers besides Chrome where it didn’t work. It worked fine in Firefox and IE.

    Can’t imagine why that would be browser-specific. You said it was working on your test site – with Chrome also?

    It’s very hard for me to debug site-specific problems. Wild guess – some sort of clash with a theme or plugin installed on the site in question?
