    Hi there,

I am using an iframe on my website (wowtalks.tv) to show an external website (Eventbrite). The problem is that the e-mail share button doesn’t work unless you right click and open it in a new window. Ideally I would like it to open in a new window when clicked but cannot change the eventbrite html or do anyhting else from that side. Is there anything you can suggest?

    Thanks,

    James

Is the share button always on the same place? so that you manybe can put a div over the button and fake the e-mail share button?

Hi mate, thanks for getting back to me. The button is on the same place but is on separate event posts. Do you mean write code in my website to cover over the eventbrite page in the iframe?

If you go here: http://www.wowtalks.tv/events/ and click on an event in the iframe you will see the button I’m talking about. It is on the left just under the ticket form. I’m pretty stuck as to how to fix it!

    Thanks again,

    James

If you are not able to modify the other page I think this is not possible as placing an extra layer does not work as this would be at a fixed position and because of the scrollbars the extra layer would not be over the button as it is not possible to scroll the extra layer.
