• Hello at TinyMCE
Having updated to the newests release, the text size in the editing window is now much bigger than it used to be – is this intentional, or something I can adjust myself? If it’s similar to the post as published, it’s easier to get the layout right, that’s all.
    Best
    Andrew

    Sorry – Atahualpa theme …

Yeah, there was a WordPress change in the default font size for the editor. Best place to adjust it is in editor-style.css in the theme.

Thank you Andrew. If you have a moment, can you be a little more specific as to where in the file this change may be effected?

Too much, eh? Never mind and thanks again, I’ll keep trying …

Uh, was abroad, then quite ill for a while.

Seems you’re editing the Twenty Ten editor-style.css. Is that in your active theme (Atahualpa)? If yes, is it loaded in the editor? As far as I see the font size is 12px (pretty small) in there. To check: right-click inside the editor and select “inspect element”, then look at the CSS rules and which file they come from. You should be able to see references to editor-style.css.

    Hello Andrew
My apologies – I would not have pestered if I had known about your health.
I have followed the instructions, and assume I am correct in clicking the blank window that waits for my typing? If so the ‘Inspect Element’ trick shows a great swatch of code but nothing that says editor-style.css or even a link id? I can send the code if you can bear it, and please excuse my ignorance in this matter.
    Andrew
