Keyring fatal error when activating

    when activation keyring i get the follow error

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/82/7363082/html/saw/wp-content/plugins/keyring/keyring.php on line 50

    Running wordpress 4.1 and php 5.4

    Are you 100% certain you’re running PHP 5.4? That error is typically associated with an older version of PHP, because it’s happening where it doesn’t expect a “closure”, which is a PHP 5.3+ feature.

    Can you do a <?php phpinfo(); ?> and verify that the server itself is executing the correct version of PHP?

    Im pretty sure. it is on godaddy hosting, but i will crate a php info file and check just in case. I will let you know the results later. Thanks for the reply
