Instagram’s API doesn’t allow you to retrieve posts which include a specific hashtag only from a specific user, but I have a custom snippet that I put together which will essentially mimic this functionality. It’s only compatible with the Pro version though I’m afraid as it requires the hashtag feature. If you decide to upgrade then just let me know and I can send you the snippet.

@aurezio As Instagram’s API only allows you to retrieve photos by either User ID or hashtag, then the snippet works by either grabbing your photos by your User ID and then filtering through them to only show the ones which contain the specified hashtag, or by getting all photos which include that hashtag and then only displaying the ones which are from your user – essentially mimicking the functionality of displaying photos from a specific user containing only a specific hashtag. Let me know whether that makes sense.
