I upgraded Jetpack, connected it to my WordPress.com account and everything shows up nicely in WordPress.com.

I then go to write a post and choose on of my self hosted sites and it says.

“Opps! An error occurred while loading. The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: server error. requested method jetpack.jsonAPI does not exist [+32601]”

But, before you get time to read that message it changes the error to.

“Oops! An error occurred while loading. Please refresh the page and try again.”

Could it have something to do with caching? Server setup? Or does another module need to be enabled too?

    Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

That will indeed happen if there is a problem with your site’s connection to WordPress.com.

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

Will do. Thanks for the advice. I’ll also try deactivating the plugin and re-activating.

Turns out disconnecting Jetpack from WordPress.com and reconnecting seemed to work. Not sure why it didn’t think it was connected when stats worked, but it’s better now.

    Thanks
