  • Hello,

    – Sorry if this has not been clear enough. Yes, AllWebMenus PRO (v5.1.754 and above) is necessary to be installed in your machine. We have added a clarification in the “Other Notes” section.
    – Thanx for notifying, my bad, i have now fixed it.

    Best regards,
    Antonis

I have this version of AllWebMenus Pro installed and I have to say I’m a little disappointed at the fact I have to buy a licence for each domain I want to use the menu in.

As a web designer I use AllWebMenus Pro for my client sites. Some of them are on WordPress sites.

Its a little unfair to have to pay every time I use AllWebMenus for each clients site.

    Thank you for your post.

We would first like to clarify that ONLY the WordPress Menu Addin licenses are domain based. Such a license is necessary ONLY for WordPress sites on which you want to deploy your menus in.

Read more on the WordPress Menu licensing at:
    http://www.likno.com/addins/wordpress-menu.html

The AllWebMenus license is not domain based, but rather ‘per seat’ based which means per machine you install the program in. You can use your menus in as many websites.

Now, having said that, we would like to answer your question:

The Server-Side-like behavior of the “WordPress Menu Addin/Plugin” is basically due to the Plugin’s dynamic functionality; it thus uses the same licensing philosophy as the Server-Side Menus API which adapts menus to a specific domain using these technologies.

For necessary information about licensing please visit: http://www.likno.com/addins/wordpress-menu-purchase.html

As we understand the user might need multiple domain licenses, we offer discounts on multiple license purchases.

For multiple domains pricing please visit:

So will the Joomla menus be free from payment!!!
I can use the menu software on any domain!!

The AllWebMenus Joomla Menus AddIn & Component that has just been released follows the exact same policy as AllWebMenus WordPress Menu Plugin as far as licensing is concerned.

You can find detailed information about the AllWebMenus Joomla Menus AddIn & Component here: http://www.likno.com/addins/joomla-menu.html.

If you already have a Server-Side Menus API license (either stand alone or the existing sale which offers you a free license) then you can create Joomla Menu(s) for the specific domain linked to your license.
