    @alex – Hmm interesting. It seems as though the_content is being replaced entirely.

    Your popups should contain a div with class popmake-content. Are you filtering get_the_popup_content? Or removing filters?

    If not then another plugin is filter the_content excessively similar to bbpress.

    @Alex- I am closing this due to inactivity. If you still have the same issue feel free to respond here and I will be glad to assist you further.

    Spent hours why there is no close button in some cases.
    I changed the popup name to lowercase and all is ok.

    Hmm that doesn’t make any since to me. The Name field is the_title field renamed.

    It is not used in any way other than to identify the popup to an admin. The ID # is used everywhere.

    Generally the close button is missing due to filters being applied to the_content causing issues.
