Hello,
I’m sorry for the delay.
Please make sure that in “Jigoshop” -> “Settings” -> “Shop” -> “Allowed Countries”
you set the allowed country properly.

@ashkas Does issue persist?
It still persists for me. No change.
So I deactivated Paypal, and just used Stripe, and it’s still doing it. I’m assuming it has to do with that plugin? Or is it related to Jigoshop?
Ok, so I flipped the problem, and deactivated Stripe, and worked with Paypal. Seems like it’s a Jigoshop problem.

Could you provide Jigoshop > System Info so I can see current plugin versions. Have you since updated to Jigoshop 1.15.2?

Hi guys, thanks for the continued updates on this. I haven’t been able to follow this up on my end as I’ve been held up by another critical error on the cart that has shut down our Jigoshop development while we have been in development. Have been working with Olaf on this one.
I might have a way to test this now though, so will provide an update shortly.

I can confirm that this is still a problem. I have the correct billing country set in “Settings”, and it does not matter if I try Stripe on its own or Paypal on its own, the same error comes up.

See if temporarily disabling Jigoshop Australia Post and testing Free shipping makes a difference.
There is an updated version of Jigoshop Australia Post. If you can email us at support@jigoshop.com, referencing this ticket, we can supply the update to you Jigoshop account.
It seems that the Table Rate Shipping plugin was affecting my problem. I deactivated it, and I’m able to move forward at checkout without this error. So seemingly, looking at the previous post, this is a shipping plugin problem. Also, not sure if this is related, but the shipping to same as billing checkbox doesn’t fill out the right hand group of fields (shipping fields). I’ve checked to make sure I had jquery activated from WordPress, and it is. It’s the latest wordpress installation, 4.1 or whatever.

Table Rate has a new update. You should download it from your account.
The second issue may be due to a plugin conflict. Try deactivating everything and test a purchase. I tested in clean install and didn’t have an issue with the Shipping Address filling in.
