Limit user activity by role

    Hi
    Can you limit who the user can contact by role?

    Ideally, I need to allow general users the ability to contact Authors / Editors only and for Authors to only be able to contact users once the user has contacted them first. Hope that makes sense!

    This is to limit any potential spamming abuse!
