• On a PC at checkout, when I provide a zip code and click calculate, the zip code field blanks out and then I receive the following error message “Please provide a Zipcode and click Calculate in order to continue.”

The only way it calculates the shipping is if I fill out the billing/contact details with a zip code.

On a mobile device, when I provide a zip code and click calculate, the zip code field blanks out and then I receive this error “Sorry, shipping quotes could not be calculated with the details provided. Please double check your shipping address details.”

Even if I add a zip code to the billing/contact details it still doesn’t work.

Another issue I have is on mobile, the website only loads what can be seen on screen. When I zoom out to see the whole page the areas that were outside the screen don’t load. I can get them to appear when I touch the screen, but I have to do it several times, and it doesn’t always work. Could this be a wp ecommerce issue or a server issue?

    Any help is much appreciated!

It doesn’t appear to be a theme or plug in compatibility issues, I deactivated the Moesia theme, no change. I deactivated all plug ins except WP eCommerce, no change.

It might be that because you have removed country from the checkout form the system does not know how to put the postal code in context when the calculate button is clicked.

To test this i would suggest restoring back to the default checkout form, then re-test. If it works then you have a better idea of the cause.

Thank you Jeff, that solved the zip code issue.

Any thoughts on the partial page load?
