Document preview not working

Hello –
I’m using Memphis Documents v.2.6.13 and having a problem with previewing documents of any format (.doc, pdf, etc.) The message I’m getting is
“Apologies”
“There is no preview available”

I do see where drive.google.com is being accessed by the browser. These documents are shared with a group of people, consequently all have different google accounts, or no account at all. The behavior is the same regardless of browser used.
