• Hi,

I need help urgently to resolve this issue.

After I downloaded and activate the plugin, the contact form tab cannot be found under the settings for WP-CRM.
Therefore I am unable to insert the form to my website page.

    Please help!

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out!

  • It seems it’s only available in the premium version. It’s too bad they don’t even bother answering this question. If you search online you will see people asking the same question and that there is someone answering to re-install etc. But if you click on “Premium Features” it’s written :

    Shortcode Contact Forms
Create contact forms using shortcodes and keep track of messages in your dashboard. [learn more]

Please visit UsabilityDynamics.com to purchase this feature.

What is funny is that in the plugin descritption you have :

    Core Features
Shortcode Form Creation and Contact Message Management.

This was temporarily issue which is resolved now. Shortcode forms are available again.

    Regards.

How can it be once again available? The plugin has not been updated since September. I have just installed the plugin and there is no Shortcode or Contact Forms tab

Fix was done not in the plugin. For all live sites shortcode forms should be available again.

Try to check your file permissions of the wp-crm/core/premium folder.

    Regards.

Hi Maria, the permissions on that folder are 755. The only thing in that folder is a blank index.php file

I’m not sure why it is going on. We will try to investigate this one more time.

    Regards.

I have this issue too. Is this a fix yet?

We need some of your ftp creds in order to check why shortcode forms not showing on your sites, because on our test sites they are uploading with default set up of the plugin. You can send your wp-admin and ftp creds for troubleshooting to this email with link o this topic and we will check – maria.kravchenko@usabilitydynamics.com

    Regards.

    Any update?

You should have permissions 777 to your folder wp-crm/core/premium and you will see that tab.

    Regards.

I have obviously given up on this plugin since it does not work – but I installed it on another site just to see. I changed the permissions to 777 on the premium folder – there is still no Shortcode or Contact Form tab, and nothing has magically appeared in that empty premium folder.

@joand Did you set up domain in your UD Account? Check your domain. The correct domain you can find in wp-crm/Settings/Premium features tab.

The can be that you need to add www or otherwise do not use it.

    Regards.

UD account? There is no mention in the documentation that you need an external account. Maybe that explains the problem people are having. There is no Premium Features tab.

Ok. This issue is very unique for every client. Not all users have this issue and for most of them the resolution was changing the permissions.
Yes, UD Accounts have only users which purchased something, than they need to set up their domains. Shortcodes forms are coming by default and you do not need to set up domain. If you want to investigate this issue on your particular site you can send your wp-admin and ftp details [moderated]

    Regards.
