• This looked like a great slider with lots of options so I bought the Pro version and they sent me a zip file that was empty. Also I was not able to add slides which apparently has been a problem for others but had been fixed. I cleared the cache as suggested but that didn’t fix the problem.

    If they could just get on with business then this would be a good product.

    Dear @tjmickel you have wrote on our forum just 2 hours and you could be a little patient and wait until our support assistant answer your question.
    Please be known that on wordpress you should value only free versions of plugin as pro versions doesn’t associate with community.
    Anyway I want to tell you that sometimes email servers destroys the zip files we send but our pro version users getting their files contacting us on info@huge-it.com.
    Please write us there and we will send you the new zip file.

    I unfortunetly bought the pro version of this slider and it was not as I expected! The SAME problem that the one tjmickel had.. Not the empty zip, but cannot put more than 4 posts slides and ugly presentation with my web display..
    The worst is that we have to buy first to have FULL access and after that, if the product doesn’t fit our needs… HUGE problem because they said that THEY DON’T REFUND!!
    Look carefully their policy who doesn’t come with the order when you pay (the policy linked with the order is the “privacy” policy, so you buy without knowing the “rules”).
    This is what you engage for from the “Terms of service”:
    “Your purchase of Huge-IT products is final and is not refundable, exchangeable, transferable, except in its sole discretion, in case if there is not observed ABSOLUTE DYSFUNCTION of our products. In the case of minor deficiencies that can be corrected, your payment is final”…

    You can imagine what can be an ABSOLUTE DYSFUNCTION??

    So, for me I lost 45$! I claimed to Paypal, but because this unfair rule, I lost my money.

    Be aware about the fact this company DOESN’T REFUND or let you at least a few hours to test if the FULL FUNCTIONALITY product is good for you. The free version cannot give you the functionality of the paid version, so if you pay, you may loose your money. 45$ isn’t cheap for a WP plugin…

    When I asked for a refund less than one hour after my order, they ask me I want this refund because I want to return to the free version… Now, I have on hands a 45$ pity dysfunctional slider. For me it’s a 0 star product because customer care is more important than the product.

    I hope people who have little understanding in the website construction, realize that there are many reasons for dysfunction of plugins. And these problems can come from both the plugin and from their website errors, conflicts and many other things.
    Absolute dysfunction is when we look at the problem and say that we can not solve it. But so far, nothing like this.
    We met many users who ask for money back because of a little things that we are able to solve.
    Understand that this is not a real material sale, and without any evidence to ask for money while having the product is very risky for developer company.
    So far we have helped and solved all the problems and will continue to help.
    Thank you for your opinion, believe me, we do not avoid criticism 😉
