    If you aren’t getting an automatic response when you fill out the form or e-mail us then yes it means for some reason you can’t receive our e-mails, or we can’t receive yours. E-mail louis@soflyy.com, from an ALTERNATE e-mail address, not the same one that you’ve been having trouble with.
