• Hello,

I’m not able to regenerate new thumbnails. After I click “Regenerate All Thumbnails” the new page gets loaded, I see the headline, but no progress bar or anything else appears.

But I see the phrases “Thank you for creating with WordPress.” & “Version 4.0.1” at the bottom of the page, so the page definitly finished loading.

Where can I send the login credentials to? It would be nice of you if you could take a look and see if you can identify/fix the problem.

    Kind Regards,
    Dennis

And no, memory_limit is set to 2048M. phpinfo shows that too. But my media library contains like approximatly 500.000 images. Maybe that is the reason?

Maybe there is some kind of debugging mode I could activate to see whats going on behind the scenes while it’s crashing/not even starting.

The first thing I’d investigate is see if you have any JavaScript errors when you load the page or when you try to click ‘Regenerate All Thumbnails’. Based on your description of the situation, I think that’s the mostly likely cause of your trouble.
