No content appearing in WordPress Page

Having migrated our wordpress website from one server to another we have suddenly found that although the page content is being displayed on the front end of the website there is actually no content showing in the CMS page fields either in visual or text tabs for it to be editable.

This seems to be perhaps an issue with the fact that after the migration non of the pages have the necessary template selected. However when a template is selected and we preview the page before putting it live the content disappears. We assume this is because since there is no content being displayed in the page in the CMS, so as far as wordpress is concerned there isn’t any. See http://www.icecraftuk.com/

I’ve checked the database tables and the correct DB table name is being used, as it seems is the correct prefix…

Thanks for any ideas you may have- this one has really stumped me!
