Failed to ping Google ¿Permission error?

    Hi everyone.

    The plugin was working smooth and suddenly it stopped, showing the following message:

    “Failed to ping Google.Please submit your image sitemap(sitemap-image.xml) at Google Webmaster.

    Pinged Bing Successfully
    Pinged Ask.com Successfully”

    I don’t know what is wrong, when i want to check the sitemap file, there is an error 404.

    I can’t understand if its a permission error or something else. Anyone have an idea?
